- Handle a broad range of contentious commercial property matters.
- Focus areas include landlord and tenant disputes, telecoms-related disputes, adverse possession, easements, title disputes, and more.
- Deal with 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations, break notices, and other property litigation issues.
- Collaborate closely with the transactional Real Estate team on multidisciplinary projects.
- Serve a diverse client base including landlords, tenants, developers, and investors, ranging from public sector bodies to FTSE 250 companies.
- Support business growth through high-quality client work and strong client relationships.
- Minimum of 3 years’ PQE (Post Qualified Experience) as a Property Litigation Solicitor
- Strong academic credentials and the ability to analyse complex legal issues with ease.
- Excellent drafting skills; ability to provide concise, fluent written advice.
- A strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand and address client objectives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work within a team and on multidisciplinary projects across different locations.
