We're seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join a prominent Real Estate team within an international law firm in West Yorkshire. This role involves handling a diverse range of property matters within the public and private sectors, offering significant client responsibility and exposure from day one.

Description

The Real Estate Associate will:

  • Conduct property due diligence on secured lending transactions.
  • Negotiate leases and associated landlord and tenant matters, representing both landlords and tenants.
  • Investigate and report on property titles.
  • Draft and review Deeds of Easements, Licences, and Tenancy at Will agreements.
  • Provide corporate support on mergers and acquisitions
  • Support the wider commercial team on innovative contracting, including joint ventures and partnering arrangements.
  • Engage in business development activities to promote the firm's services.

Profile

The Real Estate Associate should be:

  • A solicitor with proven experience in commercial property law.
  • Demonstrated expertise in landlord and tenant matters.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and research skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and meet strict client deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
