Job Overview:We are currently working with a Legal 500 firm whose successful Commercial Property team are seeking a Property Solicitor to join their Leeds office. Ideally, candidates should have around 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The firm offers realistic progression routes, with clear pathways to Directorship.

About the Role:The Real Estate Department provides legal advice to private individuals, companies, and trusts across both mainstream commercial property and specialist sectors. These sectors include retail, charities, education, faith, and transport. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of high value commercial property transactions across the department.

Key Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

  • Sales and purchases of property
  • Non-contentious landlord and tenant matters
  • Secured borrowing and lending
  • Development sites
  • Routine property matters such as title queries and registration work
