  • The role offers a salary of £50,000 to £70,000, depending on experience, and includes a hybrid working model.
  • Benefits include 25 days of holiday, flexible working, bonus schemes, and various insurance options.
  • This position is ideal for ambitious solicitors looking to contribute to complex and high-profile cases in the health sector and beyond.

I am currently looking to speak with Regulatory Solicitors at Associate/Senior Associate level who are looking to join a professional discipline team that is ranked in the top tier by the legal directories.

This team have worked on some of the most complex and high-profile cases, acting for a number of regulatory bodies, primarily in the health sector but, increasingly, more widely across a number of professional disciplines.

The firm is now looking for an ambitious Solicitor to join its Leeds office (on a hybrid basis) to help build and develop the practice further.

The work requires managing an investigatory caseload where it is alleged that the registrant's fitness to practise is impaired through misconduct, competence or health issues and preparing those cases for hearings before panels and committees of the relevant regulators.

The work is varied, challenging and rewarding and the cases cover everything from large-scale fraud or multi-patient clinical failings through to inappropriate sexualised behaviour.

Firm benefits include:

  • 25 days holiday per annum (increasing with service)
  • Flexible working and an agile working culture
  • Bonus schemes for fee earners
  • Up to 5% contributory pension scheme
  • Life assurance
  • Income protection insurance
  • Private medical insurance
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay
  • Interest free season ticket loan
  • Corporate gym membership scheme
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Electric car scheme
  • Buy holiday

If you are looking to join one of the best teams in the UK and feel your experience suits the role, please apply directly via the link or contact Rachael Atherton at G2 Legal Recruitment.
