Job description:Â We are currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join an established firm in Leeds on a permement basis.
Ideally, the client is looking for candidates available on a full-time basis, however applicants available on a part-time basis will also be considered.
Furthermore, the position is on a hybrid basis.
Duties:
- Handling a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters
- Liaising with clients, Estate Agents, and other Fee Earners
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
The successful candidate will be either a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licenced Conveyancer.
Salary:Â Dependant on experience
