Our client, a reputable and long-established licensed conveyancers based in Leeds city centre, is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer to provide legal support and advice to the legal teams within residential conveyancing on complex cases. Duties will include:

  • Providing technical support to teams including leasehold, new build and shared ownership title checking
  • Liaise with Team Leaders to ensure urgent files are dealt with
  • Providing positive and constructive feedback to Team Leaders
  • Identifying process improvements
