Remortgage Technical LawyerCentral LeedsSalary up to £45k2 days in the officeA long standing law firm in the heart of Leeds is going through a significant period of growth and as part of the planned expansion, they are looking to hire a technical lawyer for the remortgage team.As part of the remortgage technical team, you will provide support to them regarding a range of matters across unregistered land, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership properties, non standard restrictions, unusual title defects and Lease Extensions. You will also ensure all referrals are completed within the agreed timescales.You will also support the Technical Manager with the smooth running of the team and be part of providing any training needs to the staff.The successful candidate will have significant technical experience within a remortgage team and be looking for a firm that offers more opportunities for further progression as well as more flexibility and hybrid working.Please click to apply or contact Amy Turner () to discuss the role in more detail.
