This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Partner to join one of the UK's leading law firms at a pivotal time where you will be involved in the development of the department at a serious time of growth.
The work is already guaranteed; there is no need for business development or the generation of additional clients for work or fees; the model is, one client who provides all the work.
I am also keen to speak to senior level candidates who may be open to a team move to this firm.
The project will be a fully bespoke, tailored conveyancing offering with fixed fees and a low volume caseload per lawyer – possibly 5 instructions per week, c60 (maximum) cases running at any time. And there will be a simple fixed fees structure for all transactions with a two-tier pricing. So this is very different to the majority of high volume conveyancing departments.
