A Quality Manager is essential to ensure the highest standards of quality control and assurance are achieved within our Engineering & Manufacturing department. The position will be based in Leeds, where the successful applicant will be responsible for leading a team and influencing the overall quality strategy within the industrial/manufacturing industry.

Description
- Develop and implement the quality strategy across the department.
- Lead and manage a team to ensure top-notch quality control and assurance.
- Collaborate with other departments to address any quality issues.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Champion the promotion of a quality-first mindset within the team.
- Review and improve existing quality systems and processes.
- Regularly report on quality metrics to the senior management team.
- Lead quality audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Profile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
- A strong educational background in Engineering & Manufacturing or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Quality role within the FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Detailed knowledge of quality assurance standards and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
