A vacancy has arisen at a local, long-established law firm to work from their branch in their office on the outskirts of Leeds, as a Conveyancing Assistant. You will provide support to Fee Earners and undertake a range of administrative and legal assistant duties. The role will involve:

  • Opening files on the case management system
  • Liaising with clients, Estate Agents and other professionals by phone, email and occasionally in person
  • Using the Land Registry Portal
  • Following conveyancing process through to completion
