BMC Recruitment is delighted to be working with a law firm in Leeds to assist them in their recruitment for a legal secretary to join them on a permanent basis. BackgroundThis role is perfect for someone who has existing legal secretary experience and is looking for a new challenge. The role is offers hybrid working ( 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home). Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe role will encompass providing support to the Real Estate team and includes:

Organising and prioritising workloads
Maintaining fee earner diaries
Preparing correspondence
Preparation of inbound and outbound post
Produce monthly bills
Prepare and draft documents

Person specification

Previous experience as a legal secretary
Strong competency in all Microsoft packages
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Previous experience in property law is desirable
