Exciting Opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Paralegal at a Leading Yorkshire Law Firm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join one of Yorkshire's top law firms based in its central Leeds office. This role offers excellent prospects for career growth and development within a well-established Legal 500 firm.

The firm handles high-value, complex cases as well as straightforward claims, largely through referrals. As the most accredited firm in Yorkshire, it offers specialist expertise and security. 

You will have excellent client care skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a demanding workload while meeting deadlines. In return, you will receive support and professional development within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support fee earners, Solicitors, and Partners
  • Manage cases from initial instructions to archiving
  • Gather and prepare file documentation
  • Communicate with clients and other professionals
  • Coordinate billing and disbursements
  • Prepare electronic bundles and maintain diaries

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience as a Paralegal or in a similar client-facing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
