Commercial Property ParalegalLocation: LeedsSalary: £25,000 – £32,000The OpportunityA great opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Paralegal to join a highly regarded Commercial Property team in Leeds. This is a fantastic role for someone with at least 18 months’ experience in commercial property, who is looking to deepen their expertise and build a long-term career in this area of law.You’ll work closely with experienced lawyers and get hands-on exposure to high-quality property work for a range of key clients. The firm offers a collaborative, supportive environment with a strong reputation for developing talent from within.The RoleYou’ll support the team across a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions, providing essential assistance on client files and helping to deliver a smooth and efficient service.Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting on a variety of commercial property matters including leases, acquisitions, and disposals
  • Supporting fee earners with legal research, document drafting, and file management
  • Liaising with clients and third parties to progress transactions
  • Managing administrative tasks and maintaining the case management system
  • Taking an active role in the smooth running of client files and ensuring deadlines are met
The Ideal CandidateThe firm is looking for someone with at least 18 months’ experience working in a commercial property team, ideally within a law firm environment.You’ll be:
