Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established law firm based in Leeds City Centre. This role will suit someone in an assistant role who is looking to take on more fee earning responsibilities.

Joining the Residential Conveyancing department, you will be assisting fee earners by taking instructions, opening and closing files, property searches, preparing contract and mortgage documents, speaking with solicitors, brokers, estate agents, collating source of funds, and dealing with post completion formalities.

This role will involve taking on additional fee earning responsibilities, and in time taking over your own caseload of residential conveyancing sales and purchases. This is a great role for someone keen to progress into the role of a residential conveyancer.

To be considered, you will have around 2 years' experience in a Residential Conveyancing department at a law firm and you will thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

The firm support future training including further legal qualifications and will consider compressed working hours in this role if required.
