We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our dynamic team in the heart of Leeds City Centre.In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our solicitors across a wide range of commercial property matters, from opening files through to completion. It's a brilliant chance to grow your experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.What We're Looking For:We're seeking someone with at least 6 months of experience in either commercial or residential property (commercial preferred), who has a genuine passion for client care and is eager to build on their knowledge. As you grow in the role, so will your responsibilities and exposure to more complex matters.Key Responsibilities:Handling transactions from start to finish in line with firm procedures Liaising with clients, third parties, and legal colleagues Providing administrative support to fee earners and partners Drafting legal documents and managing billing processes Assisting with payments and working alongside the Accounts team General office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning Keeping up to date with legal developments and best practices Contributing to a positive and efficient working environment Supporting process improvements and helping wherever neededWhat You'll Need:Excellent communication and client service skill Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for deadlines Confidence to work independently as well as part of a team Solid IT skills and experience preparing legal documents A friendly, professional approach to all interactionsExperience Required:Minimum 6 months' experience in a Commercial or Residential Property role (Commercial Property preferred) We'd Also Love It If You Have:A proactive, can-do attitude and flexible mindset Strong written and verbal English skills A good attendance record (or reasonable explanation for gaps) A professional, reliable presence to represent the firmAdditional Information:CRA Legal follow strict best practice recruitment guidelines monitored by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
