Sacco Mann are working with a thriving Employment team that has earned recognition in the Chambers Guide 2025 for its exceptional expertise and client service, who are looking to recruit a confident and passionate Employment Paralegal. The firm supports a diverse client base across a wide range of industries and has a dedicated team within their Leeds office.

The Role

You will be supporting fee earners on a mixed caseload of claimant and respondent employment law work, both contentious and non-contentious. The team deal with employment tribunals, unfair dismissal, discrimination, disciplinaries and grievances, redundancies and restructuring, harassment and bullying, investigations and advisory work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing advice to clients on employment issues, both contentious and non-contentious
  • Drafting documents including responses, motions and letters
  • Legal research
  • Assist with preparation for trials and hearings

About You

  • Previous experience within an employment law department would be preferred, though candidates with strong paralegal experience in other areas such as private client are also encouraged to applyT
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Strong drafting skills
  • Driven to develop a long-term career within employment law
