We are looking for a skilled Governance Paralegal / Administrator to support a busy Governance team. This is a key role, ensuring the smooth running of governance processes during a period of urgent need. You'll play a crucial part in maintaining the bank's governance standards at a time of heightened activity. This is a temporary role starting as soon as possible extending month by month.

Description

In this role, you'll support the Governance team by:

  • Organising and administrating Executive Committee, Board, subcommittee, and shareholder meetings.
  • Coordinating agendas, document packs, and minutes for governance sessions.
  • Ensuring actions from meetings are tracked and completed efficiently.
  • Providing additional support for banking committees, helping to manage key governance tasks and maintain process integrity.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to guarantee governance processes are delivered effectively and on time.

Profile

  • Previous experience as a Company Secretary / Paralegal / Administrator, ideally with exposure to governance.
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage high-pressure tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Minute taking and action reports.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance processes would be highly advantageous.
  • Confident communication and collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
