The Personal Injury Paralegal will be:
  • Assisting fee earners in progressing serious injury claims.
  • Keeping clients informed and meeting with them to take instructions.
  • Instructing medical experts and counsel.
  • Drafting legal documents and preparing case materials.
  • Managing case files, arranging payments, and handling correspondence.

Profile

The Personal Injury Paralegal should be:
  • Experienced as a paralegal within a serious injury department.
  • A law graduate (preferred but not essential).
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in client interactions.
