Description
The Personal Injury Paralegal will be:- Assisting fee earners in progressing serious injury claims.
- Keeping clients informed and meeting with them to take instructions.
- Instructing medical experts and counsel.
- Drafting legal documents and preparing case materials.
- Managing case files, arranging payments, and handling correspondence.
Profile
The Personal Injury Paralegal should be:- Experienced as a paralegal within a serious injury department.
- A law graduate (preferred but not essential).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in client interactions.
