Job Title: Senior Associate Conveyancer

Salary: Up to £50,000

Location: Leeds

Overview:

An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a firm at the heart of the Conveyancing market. This is the perfect role for someone with 3+ years experience who wants to join a friendly and collaborative team, working on a broad range of conveyancing matters.

Unlike most large conveyancing firms, a large majority of your work will stem direct from clients as opposed to a referring estate agent, allowing you to primarily focus on the satisfaction of your clients. The number of cases allocated to you will be limited as to ensure excellent service is achievable and a healthy work-life balance is maintained.

Duties include:

  • Responsible for managing your own caseload autonomously, including complex cases such as leasehold, new build and shared ownership
  • Dealing with all aspects of your caseload including source of wealth checks and title checks
  • Providing excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction at all times

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • A qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer (although the status is not essential)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing a caseload ideally with experience handling leasehold matters and complex matters such as shared ownership and new build.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good team player who can work on your own initiative
  • Attention to detail
