Our global law firm client is seeking an experienced Senior People Analyst to join their Human Resources team in Birmingham on a 6-month fixed term contract. As a key member of their HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting their business objectives, providing high-quality HR advice and analysis to stakeholders, and contributing to the development of their HR policies and procedures.

Job Summary:

They are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven individual to join their HR team as an Senior People Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting data analysis to inform HR decisions and business strategies
  • Developing and maintaining HR metrics and reports
  • Providing HR support and guidance on employment law and policies
  • Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential HR records
  • Supporting the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees

Requirements:

  • Extensive HR Analyst experience, ideally from within a Professional Services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Data skills, ideally with experience with PowerBI and Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience with HR systems)
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High degree of organisation and attention to detail
