Job Description:

We’re seeking passionate and driven Mortgage Advisors to be part of a winning, collaborative team. You'll guide clients from their initial inquiry all the way to completion, using our client's next-gen platform to deliver unbeatable mortgage solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional mortgage advice to clients from start to finish.
  • Utilize the innovative platform to manage and process high volumes of business efficiently.
  • Maintain strong, clear communication with clients to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Stay on top of the latest mortgage products and market trends.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 18 months experience as a Mortgage Advisor in a whole of market environment.
  • Proven track record of guiding customers from inquiry to completion.
  • CeMAP qualification (a must-have).
  • Experience handling B2C inquiries and securing the best deals across multiple lenders (a plus).
