You will be given full autonomy of one of the ledgers and will be able to build up relationships as this is an end-to-end credit role.
Whilst this position is initially offered on a temporary basis for the right individual a longer-term role may be available with the chance to also be considered for a permanent role down the line.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactively contacting customers to ensure timely payment via telephone , email and letter
- Negotiating payment plans and terms and ensuring agreed- upon payment schedules are adhered to
- Resolving payment queries and building positive relationships with clients
- Allocating payments and maintaining accurate records
- Assessing new and existing clients’ creditworthiness by performing credit checks and reviewing credit limits
- Preparing and maintaining regular reports on aged debt, outstanding payments and credit limits for the Credit Manager to review
- Working closely with the finance team to ensure a smooth process
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an end-to-end credit control role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
- A positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
- Someone who is immediately available or on a short notice period that can commit to working on a temporary basis
