- An established Head of Procurement or equivalent senior role with previous experience in providing effective leadership, management and development of a Procurement function in a business undergoing rapid growth and transformation
- Proven track record in developing and implementing Procurement Strategy/embedding centralised Procurement within a Group environmentÂ
- Experienced in supporting business transformation and change managementÂ
- Strengths in leadership and team development
- Accustomed to delivering to deadline in fast paced, responsive and dynamic environments
- Broad Procurement background ideally gained from a variety of industrial and/or industrial service sectors
- Dynamic, commercially- minded strategic thinker with strengths in problem solving
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills – adept at building relationships swiftly with multiple functions/sites
- Well-rounded communication and networking skills – confident, able to raise the profile of the Procurement TeamÂ
