As a Logistics Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating customer orders and managing the movement of goods. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will ensure timely and accurate delivery, helping to meet customer expectations and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
路 Processing customer orders and managing an order book.
路 Coordinating the scheduling and transportation of direct and bulk deliveries.
路 Managing logistics documentation.
路 Communicating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
路 Monitoring deliveries times.
路 Managing available inventory in relation to customer allocations and forecasts.
路 Reviewing and processing logistics invoices
About you:
路 Proven experience in logistics, supply chain or sales administration.
路 Strong organisational and time-management skills.
路 Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
路 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
路 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
路 Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
