About Us

We’re a people communications business who believes that people come first but with a big side helping of insight to prove what we do works. We’re a friendly, straight-talking bunch of experts who blend creative ideas with good old-fashioned client service to put smiles on the faces of our household name clients. We’re also a pretty exciting place to be right now with lots going on. Which is why we’re looking for someone who can keep our ever-growing creative and production workloads on track.

?? About the Role

As the glue that holds our internal Client Services, Strategy and Creative teams together, it’ll be your job to make sure that our creative and production workloads run smoothly, efficiently and effectively. Day to day, you’ll manage schedules, assign and delegate tasks, liaise with external freelance resource, stay on top of our project pipeline, and keep everyone up to date with regular reports on status, capacity and more. It’s all about improving efficiency while maximising creative output.

You’ll also be able to provide production support, such as liaising with printers and photographers, checking print specs, requesting quotes. There will also be the opportunity to get involved with basic artworking tasks if that’s something you’re able to turn your hand to, such as preparing print ready assets, document amends and resizing.

?? About You

Experience of working in a busy creative agency is essential. You might have even have a background in a similar role. Either way, you’ll already have a good understanding of what makes Client Services and Creative teams tick - and what they both need to keep pace in a busy, fast-moving, and ever-changing agency environment. You’re also a brilliant communicator, negotiator, mediator and relationship-builder, with an ability to flex your style depending on who you’re dealing with. You’re a hands-on team player, and someone who can keep their cool when things don’t go to plan. And you’re an unflappable problem solver who can think ahead and use your initiative to manage expectations as well as priorities.

But above all, you’re the kind of person who lives for the daily challenge of making sure creative projects are delivered on time, every time.

?? Good to know

In return, we offer a competitive salary with a banding based on skill and experience, bonus scheme, private health insurance, season ticket loan, and all the personal and professional development you can eat. HQ is in a converted mill just 15 minutes' walk from Leeds city centre. Fortunately, we’re already well versed in a mix of home and office based so we’ll have you feeling like one of the team in no time, not least because we’ve an appetite for all things social, enjoying a little more than our fair share of work events, drinks, nights out, and away days, too.

We passionately believe in an inclusive workplace, and welcome applications from everybody regardless of gender, race, religion, sexuality, age or disability.
