We have a transport coordinator position working for our client, an engineering manufacturer based in Leeds. This will be to cover a sickness absence and will be for a minimum of 6 months.
Your role will include booking transport for both collections and deliveries. You will be liaising with transport companies and customers and so a confident telephone manner will be required. You will be raising PO's for transport and will need good Microsoft Word and Excel skills. SAP experience would be ideal but not essential. You will be working days with a 7am start and an early finish on a Friday.
In return you will receive a generous salary, overtime is available and paid at time and a half. Free parking, subsidised canteen and gym and holiday accrual equivalent to 33 days per annum.
