Office Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and directing them appropriately
- Managing and maintaining the diary for the team
- Assisting with general office duties, including filing, sorting mail, and maintaining office supplies
- Supporting with any ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a proactive attitude
