We are partnered exclusively with a highly reputable FMCG brand seeking a Project Administrator to join their Leeds city centre team. As a Project Administrator you will provide key support to the team on internal artwork and packaging projects. You will be a fundamental part of bringing products to life, from supporting on packaging redesigns to creating new product categories and providing key administrative and systems support. This is a fantastic entry level role for Graduates, or individuals with 1+ years administrative experience, to develop and progress within a reputable FMCG business.

As a Project Administrator your role will involve:

  • Working within a collaborative team to provide administrative support on internal projects.
  • Working alongside Project Managers to ensure projects are implemented effectively.
  • Building project schedules and timelines on the internal system.
  • Inputting information and data into the internal systems with high levels of accuracy.
  • Producing various reports.
  • Other ad hoc duties, for example supporting in store audits.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Either a degree and retail/hospitality experience, or if you are not a graduate, ideally 1+ years office experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confident using various IT systems to implement data accurately.
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm for learning and development.
