They are seeking a knowledgeable Water Treatment Account Manager with good access to the North of England. You will have strong ACOP L8 and chemistry knowledge and a great aptitude for successfully managing and growing company Client accounts. Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have a successful track record of managing key Client accounts within a Water Treatment company
- An excellent, well-rounded knowledge of industry guidelines
- Holding a Degree within a chemistry / scientific field would be beneficial to applications
- A strong understanding of industrial water treatment systems and chemicals
- Strong written ability
- Comfortable using IT applications, including the Office suite
- Great interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising directly with Clients
The Role:
- Overseeing Steam Boiler, Cooling Tower and Closed System Client accounts for key manufacturing and heavy industry clients
- Supporting daily operations and projects, ensuring contractual targets are met and exceeded
- Attending regular meetings with Clients, to outline their requirements and monitor customer service levels
- Growing Client accounts through upselling of company services and renewing contracts
- Writing detailed service reports and discussing progress directly with Clients
- Maintaining a high level of industry technical knowledge
