Based in the centre of Leeds this rapidly growing and multi-sited organisation are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Facilities Manager to join its rapidly expanding team on a permanent part-time basis (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday). 

Reporting to the Head of Facilities based in the London Head office, this is a great role that’s an ideal opportunity for someone with good all-round experience in supporting the delivery of excellent standards of Facilities services and would even suit somebody close to retirement and/or recently retired.  

Assistant Facilities Manager candidates should have recent appropriate prior experience of a similar role to include:

  • A solid understanding of Health and Safety including DSEs
  • Familiar working in a “hands-on” environment
  • Be comfortable dealing with day-to-day tasks such as archive and postal management, security access, out of hours requirements etc.
  • Have some exposure to looking after projects but more importantly keen to get on and take more responsibility when supported by the Head of Facilities
  • Good organisational and administrative abilities are essential
