The Maintenance Lead Engineer role is a critical component of our Engineering and Manufacturing department, charged with managing and improving the overall equipment efficiency within our Industrial / Manufacturing set-up. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement efforts while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Description

  • Oversee the maintenance of plant machinery and equipment to minimise downtime.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase overall equipment efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support and develop a team of maintenance engineers.
  • Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Work closely with production and operations teams to meet manufacturing objectives.
  • Manage maintenance budget and cost control measures.
  • Report on key maintenance performance indicators.

Profile

A successful Maintenance Lead Engineer should have:
