The Role:Are you a data-driven, results-focused Paid Media Exective ready to take your skills to the next level in a full-service media environment? We’re seeking an individual passionate about digital marketing to join a forward-thinking agency with an exceptional client portfolio and exciting growth opportunities. In this role, you’ll:

  • Work with a talented team to craft and execute groundbreaking paid media strategies, enhancing global client revenue.
  • Develop and optimise Google, Bing, and YouTube campaigns to drive conversions, brand recognition, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with account teams to provide strategic insights and present impactful reports on campaign performance.
  • Leverage bid management tools, such as SA360, to meet and exceed client KPIs through data-driven decisions.
  • Experiment with emerging tools and features from Google and Bing, positioning clients ahead of industry trends.

  • Experience: 18+ months managing paid search campaigns across Google and Bing, with budgets of £1 million+ per client.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of bid management tools, ideally including SA360 and Campaign Manager.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey campaign insights and strategies effectively.
  • Project Management: Solid organisational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and KPIs in a dynamic setting.
