Are you from an automotive, mechanical or electrical background looking to step into a Field Service Technician role that will upskill your existing knowledge? Do you want to be a part of a company that invest in their employees offering in house training and qualifications?
On offer is the opportunity to join a long established company who distribute, maintain and service forklifts. This company also provide training on driving forklifts to their clients who range from warehouse to engineering companies.This role would be predominantly site based with some yard work.
The main duties are to service, fault find and fix the electrical panel equipment on the forklifts owned my various clients around Yorkshire.
This role would suit someone who has previously serviced Forklifts, has an automtoive/Mechanical background or has worked in a plant room or similar looking to expand their knowledge and settle into a stable role.
The RoleMaintain, repair, and service a wide range of forklifts and material handling equipment.Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is in top condition.Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.Provide on-site support and emergency repairs as needed.
The PersonValid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical backgroundBased in Yorkshire
