My client, a leading labels company based in Leeds, is currently seeking a QA Assistant to join their Quality Systems Team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support to the QA Manager and help maintain the highest standards of quality across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with routine paperwork inspections, ensuring adherence to QA procedures.
  • Oversee colour measurements and support R&D, product testing, and trials.
  • Handle customer and internal complaints, ensuring accurate reporting and resolution.
  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with BRC/ISO standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers on technical queries and assist with completing supplier questionnaires.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Colour Cert and Monthly Net Profiler Calibration.
  • Proven experience in a QA Assistant or similar role.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and industry standards.
