Job Duties:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the construction industry
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Excellent communication skills

GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
Experience:Prior experience in customer service roles preferred
Knowledge and Skills:- Knowledge of customer service principles and practises
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Additional customer service training or certifications
- Experience in the construction industry
This role involves working in a fast-paced office environment. The position may require occasional weekend or evening work to accommodate customer needs.
