Strategic HR Business Partner

3 days per week on site in Leeds or Manchester, covering multiple sites

£70,000 - £80,000 + 25% bonus and full benefits package

This is an exciting opportunity to work strategically with a multi-site, matrix structured, international organisation. You will partner with the senior leadership of a specific client group, h/c circa 500, driving a commercial people agenda aligned to ambitious organisational growth plans.

DUTIES

  • Partnering with a number of senior stakeholders, you will develop strong relationships and deliver the HR agenda being supported by specialist functions and a centre of excellence.
  • With a focus on talent, succession planning, as well as engagement and employee development you will design and deliver key priorities across the UK, continually looking to build on improvement.
  • A highly strategic role, you will utilise data for key deliverables, working with the wider HR team to drive performance and success aligned with company ambitions and objectives.
  • You will act as a point of escalation for complex employee relations casework,
  • Identify with your senior stakeholders, high performers in the business and ensure there are career paths and development available for them to success and progress.
  • This business unit have ambitious growth plans and so you will be responsible for leading HR initiatives related to this change, growth, expansion and focus on high performance.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience business partnering within an international organisation, working closely across a matrix organisation would be a huge advantage.
  • It is essential that you have experience in financial or professional services, namely Insurance, Banking, or Legal and that you have experience manging senior stakeholders across multiple locations.
  • You will have experience leading and implementing an HR agenda and working on a broad range of generalist deliverables such as, talent, coaching, development, employment law, engagement and performance, compensation and analytics to name a few.
  • Your customer service and relationship building skills will be first class and the top of your day-to-day agenda.
  • You will have a commercial and strategic outlook and continually seek to improve processes and ways of working.
