Strategic HR Business PartnerSalary: £60,000 - £70,000Location: Leeds - hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance on talent management, organisational development, and workforce planning.
  • Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with HR centres of excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and optimize organisational performance.
  • Support change management processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • CIPD Qualified level 7
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics effectively.
