Trades Hire UK Limited are seeking an enthusiastic experienced sales person to join their Baildon based team.

Based in the heart of Baildon village we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing candidates in the Construction & Fit Out industry. You will utilise your strategies to build strong connections with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring process.

With the ongoing support from the business owner and the team the duties will be as follows:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
• Source candidates through various channels, including social media management and lead generation techniques.
• Provide guidance to clients
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.

Office Hours: 8am to 4.30pm Mondays To Fridays
