Â Â This organisation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join the HR team and play a pivotal role in aligning the HR strategies with the business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide strategic guidance on talent management, organisational development, and workforce planning.
- Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with HR centres of excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
- Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and optimize organisational performance.
- Support change management processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Experience & Qualifications:
- CIPD Qualified level 7
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics effectively.
