Our client, a national organization, is seeking a Nights Transport Administrator based in Leeds.
The role involves administrative support within the Transport department, managing in-house systems, and ensuring high levels of customer service.
Candidates should have strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word, and experience in a Transport Department is advantageous but not required as training will be provided.
The position offers a salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000.

What does the role involve?

Carrying out all supportive administration functions within the Transport department and the planners on site
Managing the in-house systems and databases
Liaising sand communicating with others within the Customers on the phone
Managing and maintaining office files
Ensuring high levels of customer service with our clients and ensuring a high level of performance is maintained at all times.
Ensure that all jobs are documented correctly.
Assisting the department that from and documentation perspective the department is compliant

Your Experience

Experience within a Transport Department would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
Can multi-Task and prioritise duties.
Strong IT Experience (Excel and Word)
