- Handle all administrative tasks related to property management, including setting up and managing utility, council tax, and other accounts online
- Oversee the Repairs Tracker to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Manage budget and expenses trackers to support financial accountability.
- Issue and collate invoices and payment requests accurately and on time.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Compliance and other members of the Senior Management Team.
- Undertake additional duties as required by the Office Manager and Service Manager.
- Coordinate with contractors for property-related work
- Update and maintain the database with property and Service User records.
- Experience In a customer facing role demonstrating empathy and professionalism
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Understanding of issues relating to confidentiality, safeguarding, health and safety and compliance
