The Role

POST- Recruitment is working with a rapidly expanding fast fashion eCommerce brand in Leeds City Centre. As part of their ambitious growth plans, they are looking for a Social Media Executive to take ownership of all organic social media channels, driving engagement and brand awareness.

You'll work directly with an entrepreneurial founder who has years of experience in the fashion industry, giving you a rare opportunity to learn from the best while making a real impact on a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
• Create engaging content, reels, and stories that align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and customers to enhance community engagement.
• Analyse performance metrics to optimise content strategy and boost engagement.
• Stay ahead of fashion trends and social media innovations to keep the brand at the forefront.

What We’re Looking For

• A fashion-focused graduate or someone with hands-on experience growing a fashion-based social media brand.
• A strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, with experience in creating viral content.
• A creative mindset with excellent copywriting skills and an eye for aesthetics.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Some experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or eCommerce would be a plus!
