About the Role:

Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:

  • Maintaining project activities, e.g., responding to queries, reporting on specific themes, and obtaining supplier feedback.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at senior level building and maintaining relationships
  • Escalation as and when needed to Band C.
  • Support to Band C where required (cover at meetings, take meeting notes)
  • Support to wider team on administrative duties
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Maintain and manage shared mailboxes
  • Data management - experience of managing complex data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Experience

  • Ability to work collaboratively to drive decisions and deliver timely outcomes.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple competing tasks to meet business objectives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • A team player who leads by example
