About the Role:
Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
- Maintaining project activities, e.g., responding to queries, reporting on specific themes, and obtaining supplier feedback.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at senior level building and maintaining relationships
- Escalation as and when needed to Band C.
- Support to Band C where required (cover at meetings, take meeting notes)
- Support to wider team on administrative duties
- Coordinate meetings
- Maintain and manage shared mailboxes
- Data management - experience of managing complex data
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience
- Ability to work collaboratively to drive decisions and deliver timely outcomes.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple competing tasks to meet business objectives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- A team player who leads by example
