Job Title: Temporary HR Administrator
Location: Leeds Centre
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 5 (37.5 hours)
Full Time office based
Elevation Recruitment are currently working with an organisation, based in Leeds. The business is looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to join their team and assist with People Services.
Key Responsibilities of the Temporary HR Administrator:
- Handle various HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to payroll queries, managing sickness records, and processing flexible working requests
- Manage a shared inbox to address HR-related queries and issues
- Utilise the Cascade HR system for HR management tasks
- Assist with recruitment processes when needed, including contract preparation and vetting checks
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related enquiries
- Support maternity-related processes and paperwork
Requirements of the Temporary HR Administrator:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and learn new processes quickly
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
