Your new companyWe are currently working with a large Public Sector organisation based with Higher Education to help support the recruitment of a HR Administrator on an initial 3-month temporary basis.Your new role

  • Day to day management of the Resourcing inbox
  • Assist with providing a high level and effective recruitment and selection service within the organisation including placing job adverts, arranging interviews and conducting right to work checks.
  • Support and assist on the recruitment and administration of agency workers, working closely with the purchasing team, managers and agencies
  • Support the adherence to organisational processes and procedures.
  • Support the coordination of the onboarding processes and activities for new starters working closely with the Business Management team for arranging equipment and supporting inductions
  • Absence management logging and annual leave calculations

What you'll need to succeed

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a busy customer service focused environment.
  • Experience of supporting HR administrative services, including recruitment activities
  • Experience of facilitating and coordinating onboarding activities.
  • The ability to plan your own workload, meet deadlines without compromising quality in a challenging and fast-moving environment.
