In this role, you won't just be inputting data, you'll be making sure the entire payroll process runs like clockwork, supporting HR, liaising with finance, and being a key part of what keeps the business moving.

What you'll be doing:

  • Running full-cycle payroll each month, managing everything from new starters to final payments for leavers.
  • Calculating and processing holiday pay, statutory leave, sick pay, bonuses, and deductions with absolute accuracy.
  • Ensuring compliance with all HMRC requirements-including RTI submissions, pension contributions, and third-party payments.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions, resolving issues quickly and clearly.
  • Keeping all payroll and HR data up to date and error-free-because accurate records matter.
  • Preparing reports that help the business understand payroll trends, support decision-making, and stay compliant.
  • Assisting with training tracking and compliance to support the wider People team.
