Description
- Oversee the processing of payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and punctuality
- Handle complex payroll enquiries and resolve any issues that arise
- Lead the payroll team, inspiring performance and development
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Work closely with the wider Accounting & Finance department to improve processes
- Prepare and present payroll reports to senior management
- Oversee the administration of payroll systems and software
- Contribute to projects within the financial services industry
Profile
Proven experience in a payroll position and confident with the duties listed above
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
Strong understanding of payroll software and systems
Oracle system experience is desirable for this position
Expertise in regulatory compliance and financial standards
Job Offer
Salary up to £33,000 per annum + Immediate start available + Hybrid working arrangement + Free on site car parking + 25 days annual leave (+ bank holidays) + Excellent staff benefits.
