The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of all payroll processes, will bring their leadership skills and expertise within this area to this position and our client can offer an immediate start to this contract.

Description

  • Oversee the processing of payroll on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and punctuality
  • Handle complex payroll enquiries and resolve any issues that arise
  • Lead the payroll team, inspiring performance and development
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Work closely with the wider Accounting & Finance department to improve processes
  • Prepare and present payroll reports to senior management
  • Oversee the administration of payroll systems and software
  • Contribute to projects within the financial services industry

Profile

Proven experience in a payroll position and confident with the duties listed above

Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team

Strong understanding of payroll software and systems

Oracle system experience is desirable for this position

Expertise in regulatory compliance and financial standards

Job Offer
