Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Conduct Compliance Manager position for a well-established, and reputable UK Insurance firm located in Leeds. They have a highly experienced and friendly team, making this a great opportunity.

This role will require the individual to define good customer outcomes and put in place MI to measure performance.

Responsibilities:

  • 1st line support for conduct and regulatory matters, with support from 2nd line.
  • Defining and monitoring adherence to good customer outcomes.
  • Supporting the business and its channels so the framework is embedded and operating in adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting with product governance.
  • Reviewing and challenging business proposals to ensure external regulations and customer impact has been considered, resulting in the delivery of good customer outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of regulatory change.
  • Ensuring effective capture of MI relating to customer outcomes.

Experience required:

  • Experience in first line conduct and compliance in either an insurance carrier, an MGA or a broker based business.
  • Strong Regulatory knowledge in the Insurance sector (FCA Handbook).
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • A track record in demonstrable ownership and delivery.
  • Good communication skills.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in Leeds or Manchester office).

Salary: £60,000 + 15% bonus + benefits package.
