Enjoying significant growth across the site, this is an excellent time to join the business.The roleThis is a newly created role, and the Senior Quality & Compliance Officer will be responsible for raising the profile of Quality across the site. As a key member of the Technical Team, you will play an important role in supporting them in the day to day running of the department. This role will inevitably impact on plant performance, and will be responsible for understanding the root cause of non-conformance's and issues. Strong knowledge of BRC and proven experience in implementing new standards will be a key part of this role.The personWe are looking for an individual who enjoys being hands on and influencing across the factory. Working closely with production teams, you will enjoy raising the profile of the quality function, and helping people understand that maintaining strong quality standards is part or everyone's role. This role would suit someone who wants to be part of a strong team, and wants to build relationships with the Senior Leadership Team.
